Natural Health Workshop: Full day workshop comprising of Meditation class, relaxation techniques, Reiki tasters. Break for lunch and then the afternoon workshop is based around natural healing techniques, remedies, herbs, crystals, flower remedies, nutrition etc. £60.00 for the full day workshop
