We will be heading back to beautiful Noddfa in North Wales in January to set our intentions for the coming year and leave behind what just isn’t serving us anymore.

We can release what we do not want to take with us, emotionally into the new year and to exchange positive energy, healing and of course as always, lots of laughter and fun together. A perfect blend of healing and friendships.

Meaning “refuge” in Welsh, Noddfa is a very special place nestled just back from the beach at Conwy and is run by a group of lovely Sisters who keep us looked after with home cooked foods and help maintain the healing and peaceful vibe that Noddfa holds.

The cost of this retreat is £279 for 2 nights accommodation including all food and workshops and accommodation is clean and comfortable and you are provided with your own room. Friday 24 January – Sunday 26 January 2025.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your space on the retreat with the balance payable 14 weeks before.
